3. For agro-forestry and fishery product processing, export packages, footwear and other light industries: 50.70 hectares.
b) Area for administration and public services:
This 7.7-hectare area includes administration building, offices for lease, bank, post, general services, public bus station, showroom center, conference halls, etc.

e) Greenbelt area: This area is for parks and ecological green trees for environment protection with 18.4 hectares.
